    A : No - acute illnesses are treated as quickly if not sooner than is done with other medicines

    A : No - Clinical studies on babies and animals that cannot "think themselves healthy " have disproved allegations in this regard.

    A : No : homeopathic remedies work at all times - the side effects of allopathic medicines must not be disregarded however e.g. The adrenal function should be monitored while taking allopathic cortisone. The liver function should be checked while taking allopathic vitamin A derivatives for the skin or cholesterol lowering medicines etc.

  6. Q : Why should homeopathic remedies not be taken after meals ?
    A : Homeopathic remedies are absorbed in the mouth through the oral mucous membrane and if strong tasting or volatile substances are present in the mouth this absorption may be hindered. Thus, rinse the mouth after eating , brushing teeth, drinking coffee or smoking before taking homeopathic remedies is not advised.
